Band size: Measure directly under your bust, keeping the tape snug and level.

Bust size: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso.

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 20 cm (8 inches) below your waist.

If you are between sizes, size up for bras for a more comfortable band fit
If you are between sizes, size down for panties for a snugger, more secure fit
Seamless styles are more forgiving — they stretch to fit one size up or down
Babydolls and nightwear: size up if you prefer a relaxed, flowing fit
Our sizes are calibrated for Indian body proportions — if you typically find standard sizes too narrow in the hip or bust, trust your measurements over the label
